On your first visit
You will fill in a questionnaire about past illnesses and allergies to medicines. It stays in your dental record together with all your X-rays and panoramic images. We will take you through the treatment plan, its cost and how to pay, and the schedule of your visits.
The first stage of treatment is oral hygiene – professional and personal. Removing tartar and plaque with ultrasound and polishing the tooth surfaces reduce the microbes in the mouth, stop the bleeding from the gum pockets and create good conditions for treating the teeth and the periodontium.
